[tulip] Macronix, Inc. [MXIC] MX98713 (rev 11)

I've seen many posts regarding this card, but have not found a fix for
it yet. lspci comes up with:

00:11.0 Ethernet controller: Macronix, Inc. [MXIC] MX98713 (rev 11)


So it's seeing the card fine. tulip-diag shows it's in half-duplex modem
set to 10mb, which it should be. Problem is, when I load the tulip
module, my link light dies on my dsl modem (Westell Wirespeed). The only
way the link light will come back is when I do a cold-boot.


Any suggestions?
