[tulip] tulip bottom half question

hi,
in linux 2.2.* , tulip driver was using net_bh to queue bottom
halves. linux 2.4 gave new tools for bottom half handling, tasklets and
softirq. even i tried to read the tulip source code, i could not find the
place where bottom half queueing is done.. can somebody help me to
identify which methods (BHs or tasklets) tulip driver is using, and where
it takes place?
