Does the tulip.c support Mandrake 6.5

Probably the same error which was in tulip.c before 2.2.14. If you send me
TULIP.C I can tell you (and may incorporate my changes too vanilla tulip.c
0.91g-ppc=. These are in 2.2.14, too).
