DE 530 tulip.c link lights?

Is there any reason why link lights on my Dlink-de530 are no longer
functioning with 2.2.14?  The card works fine otherwise..

Also, for anyone who was following my past experiences: my transmit
timeouts were solved by removing the cards (2 more de530 PCI's) in
question and replacing them
with ISA =(  I suspect my 5X86133 PCI system is starting to show it's
age.. (since no one seems to have any answers to that problem)
