problem with Linksys 10/100 Eitherfast

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting Linksys LNE100 Lite-On 82c168 PNIC to
work.  I wonder, was anybody successful with this card?

Here's what /var/log/messages says:

When I enter IP information myself (instead of using DHCP), the eth0
doesn't fail, but I still can't ping anybody.

Any suggestions?
