Kingston KNE100TX

Do the full duplex lights work on these models. The driver tells me that
my SC1200TX is working at 100baseTX-FD, and the link and 100 LEDs on the
card work, but the FULL LED doesnt go on. However, I don't get any
collisions. Any ideas?
