Datacomm Warehouse (www.warehouse.com) has the Samsung card for $22.00,
and I've ordered three.  However, they are clueless about which chipset is
on it.  Luckily, Samsung's web site also contains no information on the
subject.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed :-).
