3c59x: recurring transmit errors (solved?)

memory doesn't seem to be an issue for me. I've got one webserver with
256 meg of ram that still has the ethernet timeout messages... it seems
that high traffic causes the timeout on that machine. I also have a
nameserver that also tends to lock up in the same fashion. It only has
64M of ram, but then again, all it's doing it providing name service...
once again the symptoms seem to be traffic related...
