[vortex] reproducable pci bus errors (905c-tx, target abort)

yesterday i inserted pci-scan and 3c59x (v0.99T) with debug=7 and read from the logs (see below) that pci-scan would report the correct pci addresses for both NICs but 3c59x wouldn't get it. has anybody got any idea?

note: the NICs are "eth3" and "eth4" because i inserted 3c59x (LK1.1.12) and 3c509 before i inserted the newer 3c59x. using the newer 3x59x only doesn't relieve the problem.
