[vortex] Fwd: 3c905C Advice

Hi,

I was wondering if there are any issues that I should consider before
buying a 3Com 3C905C ethernet card.  I have 'kinda' searched through
the more recient archives on the card and can't seem to locate any
problem that is unsolvable or that a patch doesn't already exist.

The reason I as is becuase I currently have a Netgear FA-310TX card
and
it has been nothing but trouble since I got it.  I figure I should
switch over to the 3c905C (I have never had problems with a 3Com
card).

Are there any reasons I sholdn't make the move (besides the money
issue)?  Meaning stable drivers and good performance...
