more than one 3c905B-TX in a system?

I have a new system with two 3c905B-TX cards in it. Both
cards are found at boot time, but if I try to activate both of
them, the system hangs. The first card (eth0) seems to work
fine if only it is configured.

Should this configuration work? If so, how can I diagnose the
problem?
