3c59x driver (forget it)

Well, the more I thought about it, the more I thought the driver with
RH 5.2 should work,
so I started over from scratch by deleting all traces of prior attempts,
rebooted, and
somehow got it to work this time, so I'm calling off the help...  I'm
not sure what I did
differently, but it worked, as this is my first email sent out of
Linux... Yippee :)
