	We had this problem with Cyclone card. For solve this problem
you might try set some parameters for your nic in 3c90xcfg config utility:
Optimization - to Maximum Network Performance.
Connector type - to Autoselection.

BTW, 0.99E driver say 3:5 Rx:Tx split for 905B Cyclone, but 3c90xcfg
utility say 2:2.
