MII transmitter not found

It's not working with MII or 10Base-T. I have to force it to 100Base-T even
the link is actually 10Base-T. DHCP is not working yet, so I have to set IP
address statically. It seems that the card gets confused with the commands
sent by the driver. Without options=4, the interface will be working after
around 3 minutes if I set the IP manually. It's pretty stable so far with
almost 500M downloading.
