BUG REBORT:
I run the very busy www.artbell.com web site.
Tyan Dual CPU board with 2 Pent 200MMX chips
128 MB RAM Kernel 2.0.35 SMP 3C950B Cyclone NIC
I am getting system crashes preceeded with the following messages:
Aug 18 08:06:45 artbell kernel: eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00
status e601.
Aug 18 08:06:45 artbell kernel: eth0: Interrupt posted but not delivered
-- IRQ blocked by another device?
Aug 18 08:06:46 artbell kernel: eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00
status e601.

-- IRQ blocked by another device?
Aug 18 08:06:46 artbell kernel: eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00
status e601.
Aug 18 08:06:46 artbell kernel: eth0: Interrupt posted but not delivered
-- IRQ blocked by another device?
These messages run for about 1-2 minutes, in the log file while the
system is unaccessable from this point on.
Here is the pertinent system info:

The system ran for 4 days without any usage when installed, without fail.
Then when we started sending users to the web site, the system crashed 3
times in 2 days, twice when busy and once when it was relatively light
use. Right now, I'm running with SMP off, as that has stopped the crashing
at this time.
Sincerely, Keith Rowland
