[tulip] Tulip Problem with 2 Linksys TX100 NIC's

I am serving DHCP on the internal nic only.
The tulip version is the one that comes with Kernel 2.4.17
Linux portal 2.4.17 #1 Tue Jan 15 01:33:10 CST 2002 i586 unknown

How do i get the detection msg to send to you?
The tulip driver is able to get a ip from the Cable Modem service
(RoadRunner) if
- ifdown externalNIC AND internalNIC
- rmmod tulip
- ifup externalNIC
Failure:
