[tulip] Sorry about that spam slipping through

We have been getting quite a lot of attempted spam.  This one slipped
past the filter.

I've added all of *.kr to the filter list.

(Note that the mail was directed specifically to the tulip list, with no
filterable subject line.  It claimed to be from mindspring.com, but it
was actually from a spam host in Korea.)
