[tulip] DC21143 rev 65 - hopeless case?

Well, I'll give it a go, but the last time I tried an upgrade to v0.92 I hit
the "Multiple detection" (tm) problem...  Has this been "fixed" or was I just
being a fool?

If it's really this simple, I shan't know whether to laugh or cry...  Will let
