[tulip] ZNYX 4 port ZX346Q

Hi,

I recently set up a pair of servers with ZNYX ZX346Q 4 port cards and have
had nothing but problems....  The performance is really poor which I think
is due to the card not doing full duplex correctly since it reports lots
of collisions.... (The cards use 21143PD chips)

I've swapped them for some SUN QFE cards which perform really well, but in
both cases only 3 of the 4 ports work...

I would have to assume that 1 port not working would be somthing to do
with resource allocation rather than the card drivers themselves since it
happens on BOTH drivers...

It's running 2.4.4 at the moment, and any suggestions would be really
helpful.
