In any event, the RedHat 7.0 instructions with that error referred to the 2.3 headers that RedHat 7.0 has on their system by default. It also says on at http://www.scyld.com/network/updates.html : -Note that as of December 2000 the 2.4 kernel has not been released, and thus is not supported.
