What happens with lspci and insmod tulip?
Does the pci-scan module load? Which driver version are you using?
Actually, I had a problem with the tulip driver not seeing the device
either.....But not tried since I re-installed my OS whilst trying to get an
Nvidia geforce2 GTS working....
Take it you have installed the newest set of device drivers (the one for RH7).
lspci most likely see's it there....Maybe pci-scan is not loading for some
reason?
