[tulip] Diver Problem!!!

What driver version are you using?
You should be using v0.92 or later for the 88140 series.

I only have a 88140 board here, but the 88141 should work the same.

I just tested the v0.92t driver that we have in the Scyld Beowulf
distribution and the 88140 works properly.
