[tulip] Netgear....

Hi Donald,

I've noticed that when using Netgear FA310tx boards with the 82C169C
"Tulip" chip and 700MHz+ Athlon or Duron ASUS motherboards , that IRQ's
are NOT recognized by the tulip driver [displays IRQ 0 in the log].
This is true of both Linux 2.2.x or Linux 2.4 kernels.

Windows 98/Millenium/2000 work O.K. with the same MB/processor/Netgear
board - and pick up the correct IRQ (as set manually or "auto" in the MB
EPROM).

1) What do you think is causing this problem?
2) Is there a way to manually set the "tulip" IRQ?

Lyle
