Is there any chance to get the card working or it is better to just
bring the card back and get another one?

I am not a programmer and I can definitely not hack the driver, but if
I can help in any way to get the card working, just tell me what I
should do. Will it help to look for the resources the Win2000 driver
uses? I know there is a tulip-diag programm, will that help? What else
can I do?
