All right, switching to egcs solved compilation problems
with latest tulip driver and pci-scan.c
Now if only I can make the card work at 100Mbs connection with
my notebook , running Windows 98, which has 3com 10/100 Mps adapter
built in.
I'm using recent .92 driver from Donald.
Card seems to negotiate 100baseT-FD connection first, but at this state
no pings pass through (activity light is flashing when I send a ping
from notebook
to the card). Then 'Transmit timed out' and the card
switched to 10baseT and connection worked.

Well, probably I should check Linksys drivers as well.
Thanks for your help, Dmitri Pogosyan
