Brave sole that I am I downloaded 2.3.99-pre2 and applied pre3v7 to
it. Configed, built and.... absolute failure. ;-)

This is what I get in dmesg:

Linux Tulip driver version 0.9.4.2 (Mar 21, 2000)
eth0: Lite-On PNIC-II rev 37 at 0xd800, 00:A0:CC:E0:AA:CE, IRQ 3.

This would seem to suggest that everything is working right?
Umm.. nope. Based on the 4 LED's on the back of my card, this is
what's happening:

1) Try's a 100BaseT connection.
2) Falls back to a 10BaseT connection.
3) Repeat until timeout. :-(

This is the same problem I have with the 0.91g-ppc driver... I'll try
the regular 0.91g driver, but I'm not optimistic.
