Tulip driver and 2.3.X ?

I am having problems getting this to work. I get the following error
message when trying to do an insmod:

./tulip.o: unresolved symbol pci_drv_unregister
./tulip.o: unresolved symbol pci_drv_register

Is there something that I am missing? Any help with this would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
