That's a Centaur/P.  (The PCI version.  The CardBus Centaur/C is 0x1985.)

It should be detected by and work with the v92 driver, although there are a
few tweaks in the latest test version.

No!  It's more than just an identification issue.  The Comet/Centaur chip
isn't exactly like other tulip-like chips.  (Not that any of them are like
the others.)
