LNE100TX problem ....

I would checl check your bios settings to make sure you have an irq set to
pnp or something.  I had the same prob with an old p60.  The card worked
under winnt 4 but under linux I got that error.  Once I made irq 9  pnp and
not isa it ran just as great under linux.
