DFE 530 TX

Hello. I have purchased a DFE 530 TX network card. was wrotten D-link 
on the box. But I cannot use this card with linux. the tulip driver don't
recognize this card.
I've done a "cat /proc/pci" and the section relevant to the network card
was :

(kernel used: 2.0.36 shipped with RH5.2)

I have read on the web page of the maintener of the VIA drivers, that the
DFE 530 TX was using the tulip driver. but I cannot get it to work driver 
0.89 and 0.90.
Only: init_module: Device or ressource busy.
has someone used this card ?
