This release
Fixes the tp->chip_revision dereference bug in v0.90p (urk).
Both -TC and -TD CardBus cards should work, without breaking 21143-TD
PCI cards with normal-sized 93c46 EEPROMs.
Correctly sets the Ax88140 address register.
Works with the PNIC-II, mostly correctly.
CSR0 is now settable as a module option e.g. csr0=0x01a0e000
This may be set to improve performance or to avoid PCI bugs (e.g. '486
chipsets that cannot handle bursts).
This release does not fix
CSR0 performance improvements as per recent list messages. (Good work --
the new module parameter should make it easier to report on this. I'll
put in a more agressive default when we get enough reports.)
Failure to initialize 21143 registers when the media type is overridden.
Untested ASIX Ax88140 multicast filter.
