Problem with cogent EMASTER III-EISA

Hello Everybody

I' trying to install Linux on a box with a Cogent EMASTER III-EISA 
card. 

insmod tulip fails with resource busy

So I found the tulip-diagnostics tool and ran
tulip-diag -f -e -e -a -m -m
and got
