[realtek] 8139too for 2.2.x kernels

Thanks to Jens David, the 8139too net driver has been backported to
2.2.x kernels:

Although feedback is encouraged, it should be noted that this is an
unsupported driver.  (I'm only supporting 8139too on 2.4.x right now..)
