HP's en1207.

Hi expert,
  we just got a new HP pc with their HP en1207d-tx NIC.
I think it is identical with accton's en1207d-tx, then I tried
to use the rtl8319 driver to drive it.
  But unfortunately, I got following error message:
  When using ifconfig:
   "SIOCSIFFLAGS: Resource temporarily unavailable"
  When using route:
  "SIOCADDRT: Network is unreachable"

  Can someone help me out? Much thanks!
