One of the significant features of the Scyld driver update set is that
it works with 2.0, 2.2 and 2.4 kernels.

mkdir /tmp/netdrivers/
cd /tmp/netdrivers/
ncftpget ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/network/netdrivers.tgz
tar xfvz netdrivers.tgz
make
make install


[[ Note that 2.2 kernels will likely need cb_shim.o to work with CardBus
cards. ]]
