[eepro100] Thin Client EEPRO100 issue.

I used the eepro100-diag util to disable the power saving option, that is
causing problems. Right now I'm testing it and it seems good so far, but
I'd like to know: is this THE solution? Or is there still a slight chance
of eepro100 messing up in the future?
