Someone figured out a way to get past all of the filters.
I'll have to add a rule to just ignore all Korean posts, which is where these
messages are coming from.

Note that the posting went through the MX host of our ISP.  A downside
of having an alternate mail exchange, intended work around network link
outages, is that the rejected hosts just send to the alternate instead.

Neither do the other 20-30 spam mails a day to _each_ list... these
messages just slipped through.

Non-subscribed address are allowed to post, because new problem reports
come from non-subscribers.  On lists where we only permit subscriber
postings, we still get spam slipping through with forged from:
lines, presumably gathered from the same time as the destination address.
