Intel EEPRO100 on Linux

Dear Mr. Becker,

we have a Linux Server with a Intel eepro100 Card. We changed from a 10 to 
a 100 Mbit network. We did test the transfare rate with ftp and got a speed 
of 870 KB/sec. It's really fast for 10Mbit, but not for 100. How is it 
possible to tell the driver that the NIC should work with 100 Mbit ?
