configuration question

I have an eepro100+ NIC that is running default settings under Redhat
6.0, kernel 2.2.12 and eepro100 driver dversion 1.06.  The server is
mostly a busy Quake2 and Quake3 server with some http and ftp access
thrown in.  I was wondering if someone could help me otpimize the parms
on the card to get maximum network performance.  Here is my ifconfig
(this is a for about 6 hours of uptime, I booted it today for a new
kernel install).  Also is there a reason to move to a newer driver?
Better perofrmance?
