module help - a bit OT

Greetings -

Shat is the best way to re-load my eepro100 module so it is forced
10baseT fullduplex?   Can I just edit my conf.modules file?  If I can
what would the new command be?.  I tried insmod eepro100.o debug=1
options=0x50  but I got an error that the module was already laoded.
To complicate matters a bit I do not ahve direct access to the box.  I
have to make the changes via an SSH connection.  Making changes that
only work via a re-boot is ok I can do taht remotely.
