Timeout Problems

Hi all,

I am using a Compaq Netelligent 10/100 PCI NIC based on the Intel
EtherExpress Pro. It sits in a Dell P60 and works more or less. At the
moment it's plugged in at 100Mbps and I get the following errors:

 eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0500 command 0000
 eth0: Trying to restart the transmitter

and:

 eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0900 command 0000

It doens't matter whether I plug it into a 100Mbps or a 10Mbps port on the
central hub. Any ideas?
