[eepro100-bug] error can't fill rx buffer

hi all,
i just get these error on multiple servers
i'm using redhat 7.1 and the kernel 2.4.7-2.9smp
after a lot of messages the system hangs
is anyone have already seen this message?
any help would be appreciate.
