[Beowulf] User notification of new software on the cluster

We installed mattermost recently which is already plug to our gitlab, 
but we did not try it deeply. However, I think it has about the same 
capabilties as slack ot rocket and our users can login through gitlab 
(our gitlab server is connected to our LDAP, as our clusters / same 
accounts).
