I asked about that on the ompi-devel list and Gilles responded with:

# know whether all test suites can be redistributed for general
# public use or not.
# if someone has any interest in the test suites, he/she is free
# to make a request for access grant.

Perhaps that offer is useful?

An alternative could be a community project to write tests for MTT which
are explicitly open.
