You mean like:
Fluent www.fluent.com
LS-Dyna http://www.ansys.com/products/lsdyna.asp

Need I go on?

If you're looking at commercial applications, why not look at the
documentation on HP-MPI
http://h21007.www2.hp.com/portal/site/dspp/menuitem.863c3e4cbcdc3f3515b49c108973a801/?ciid=a308a8ea6ce02110a8ea6ce02110275d6e10RCRD
and their ISV page:
http://h21007.www2.hp.com/portal/site/dspp/menuitem.863c3e4cbcdc3f3515b49c108973a801/?ciid=5aeeb16b907b4110VgnVCM100000275d6e10RCRD
26 companies listed there.

(Yeah, I know HP isn't the only kid on the block, but it does tend to be
used by big commercial applications)
