re. using multiple MPIs is empty.
And they only refer to two MPI implementations... they'll have a
caniption fit with a system which has Ethernet, GM and MX drivers,
or a system with SCore (low latency Ethernet MPI), Infinipath and
Quadrics. Pick an MPI. Any MPI.
