ClusterNFS page has moved to SourceForge

The ClusterNFS page is now hosted at http://ClusterNFS.SourceForge.net.  

The Source Forge summary page for ClusterNFS is 
http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=5768

The move to Source Forge should make it easier to contribute to the
ClusterNFS project.  We now have a CVS repository,
discussion groups, mail list, bug tracking system, and project
management.
