[tulip] Auto-negoation problem(I think)

I have a system with an onboard tulip card that when under moderate load
like the nightly backup will stop talking to the netowrk. I have 2
others with the same configuration that have no problems (well that have
shown up yet)

I get the following message:

eth0: Transmit timed out, status f0660000, SIA 000002c0 ffff0001
fffbff7f 8ffdc008, restarting NWay .


If I down and up the network the interface will start talking again. I
do not have to unload the module.

Where should I start looking for my problems.
