system lockup with RTL8139

Please try the new driver in

Note that this updated driver requires inserting the new PCI and ACPI
support module 'pci-netif.o' before inserting the module 'rtl8139.o'.
You'll need the following files:
   rtl8139.c
   Makefile
   pci-netif.c
   pci-netif.h
   k_compat.h
