GNIC-II and TCP performance degredation

We've been noticing some slow performance degredation with our GNIC-II
cards (and a Packet Engines PowerRail 2200 switch).  We're running the
2.2.14 kernel and the Becker v.11 driver.  I was wondering if anyone
else had noticed something similar (I can't seem to track down the
root of the problem).
